I personally used their services twice once for my baby shower and the other for my babies first birthday! But I have gone to parties where they have catered and all I can say is no matter how big or how small the occasion is this company will make sure you are taken care of. The food is delicious the employees are always polite and they are punctual, they have everything covered all the way down to the garnishes. They will always be my go toos!!! In 2022, we brought live fire barbecue into the mix, adding the smoky, bold taste of open-flame cooking to our
signature taco offerings. Every event we serve is powered by our custom open-concept BBQ trailer —
fired up and ready to impress.Our founder, a proud U.S. veteran, earned the nickname “Rooster” while
working at San Quentin State Prison. That same discipline, grit, and leadership
now fuels every part of our operation — from preparation to presentation.
